recently heard from de radio... abt how to wake up earlier... i mean like changing from a nite owl to a morning person... while im already a morning person so juz listen to help those nite owls ard mii... dere are seriously so mani of dem... one hab a very long name which include coffeshop zao bo... de other juz rember my tut is with her.. n still got one who like sweets... especially during tis test period i guess all of us wan to wake up with energy n not like walking zombie n brain dead... but aft listening i tink its quite bull shit... but wateva....
- lie on de bed 2 hrs before yr normal slp timing... e.g. if u slp at 2 am den u lie on bed at 12am...
- if u r sharing a room with someone... n both of u hab diff slping habits... wear yellow sun glasses so that wen de other person switch on de light... de sunglass will filter blue light n you will feel more drowsy
- eat a little amt of slping pill....(not recommended)
- n de most comical n worth experimenting...place some sliced onions near your bed... got some medical value tt made u slp....
- aft waking up.. if feel brain dead and start staring into blank spaces walk immediately out ur hse n take a walk for 30min...
quite bullshittish... if u r nite owl even if u lie on bed so early u will still not slp one mahh... but since dey still sae its effective but muz do it for at least 2wks... n our midyrs is like nxt wk... so not useful.. wahahahax.... go getamped lorhh... gone***** my rank 6507 le!!!!
