(Finally reached home; thinking how come my legs hurt more than my mouth.LOL...)
Totally shag out because i was the only one doing ad-hoc cases today. But quite fulfilling at the same time. Got a few cases that made me ROFL:
CASE NO.1:
i saw the customer's name is Christoper Lee, then the first thing i come in mind was the Lee Ming Shun, but obviously not?! Anyway it all started with me calling him to confirm the appointment.
"Hi, is this christopher lee? This is calling from starhub."
"Oh! Hi! is this starhub? My d-box no sound. Can you come down now?" -angmon's accent, and the problem just happen to be the same.
"Ya! this starhub. We know that your d-box dont have sound, so you book an appointment with us, so the appointment will be...."
"Wow?! How do you all know that my d-box no sound when it just happen? did you all have a security camera in my hse?"-----my face was like -.-....
"So you did not book an appointment? Sir, are you christopher lee?"
"Christopher Lee? Who's tt?"-murmurings from behind--"The actor the actor!!!" " Oo! you are looking for christopher lee? There's not such person here? Maybe you should call the mediacorp?'
"... so sir, you are not christopher lee?"
"Duh?!"
"so do you want to book an appointment with starhub regarding yr d-box no sound?"...after this the conversation became more normal.
But its totally ridiculous, i still can remember him asking me to call mediacorps. LOL.
P.S. Tmr gonna be the last working day for this wk!!! YAY. The seniors are damn envious because i got a free wkend! LOVE IT!
