(Emo-ing as i just realised the next episode of glee, desperate housewives and fringe wont be out till nxt yr!!! WTH?! i cant be bothered to find out the reason, maybe all the america actors and actresses need to take a break during christmas and new year?!)
Finally the day has come! The first rest day since my working days; well its not that bad, time really past quickly when you work.
But yesterday was really not my day! It's like the worst christmas eve. The first thing i reached the office i realised that there are only 2 ppl on duty today, me and mark?! Worst combin? Not that i discriminate mark or wat. Mark is like those laojiao xinjiao guy, ready to cut me if there's any opportunity.
And yeap i was mentally prepared there will be tonnes of ad-hoc appointment to be made esp in the morning, so i started dialing the phone from 815 till like 12pm, non-stop okie. My only break time was the time im waiting for the customer or the technician to pick up my call.
And there mark was, slacking and talking cock since he was incharge of rescheduling and canceling of appointment! If he's zack or jiawen, they will definitely offer help! RARR!!! Despicable. I was like having mouth cramp for the first time in my life?! LOL.
To aggravate the situation, the customer service was totally screw up, colin (from the CS department) sent in this ad-hoc appointment stating asap at 11am, and i manage to find a tech nice enough to get down between 11-1pm; and when i called the cust to confirm the appointment timing. Guess what happened?
"Hi this is calling from starhub. Is it convenient for our technician to come down between 11-1pm?"---i was rushing so i dint actually give any chance for the customer to answer.
"WT****?! I'm going to the hospital now? The appointment shld be between 9-11am, im already waiting for like 2 hrs?"...blah blah blah i dont really remember. I just know he use the F word like free one.
"Sorry sir. I understand, so if 11-1pm is not convenient for you why not i set up another appointment for you? So sorry."
"Sorry?! What sorry? i tell you starhub only know how to say sorry!!! Why not called sorryhub? What your name?"
"Yap huat, sir. Yeah i understand why you are so angry..."
"I want to talk to yr manager and complain you, you are the one that set up the appointment right?"
I was like damn pissed off then i just direct the phone to my manager and let her settle. Rarr!!! i really got the urge to shout back to him!!! That was like the first customer who shouted "f***" to me, somemore its not my fault.
Anyway, i did not have much time to think about the incident since the inbox just keep increasing! LOL. Settled like 200+ cases alone, wth?! Hope i wont duty with mark alone again. Saddsss.
